experting things is easy, just keep building the largest buildings you can, don't upgrade them, and sell them off. Don't bother with building a workshop, lumbermill, or anything untill you can build 2-3 castles (selling the first one off for good money) don't care what the buildings go for, and build two banks. Don't bother donating them, either, you'll find that tax time doesn't happen very often, and you'll make more money off of two banks, or even one (if you're above 20mil or so). Build a workshop first so you can inspect all of your buildings, then finally a lumbermill (this is when you start making your money off of rental income, rather than home sales) build only castles (less goals specify otherwise). Upgrade all castles to four stars, but three usually works. If you're low on cash near the end, start selling everything off that you can afford to drop (i.e. things that won't interfere with goals) and do it all at once (don't wait for one to sell) -you're trying to maximize the amount of money in time, not total value!
