You get it from the child (Theodore) from New Witchwood, who you take to The Gentle Children's School. He will then join your party as a guest, who you have to take to the school in the Western island. Attend him at the school, and leave the building. Then re-enter and go and talk to the headmaster, then to Theodore. He will give you a piece of art. Travel to Sedona and give the art to the Art Dealer. He will give you tickets. To go to the ball, you will need a dress. To get a dress, go to the dress shop in Sedona. |
